Can't fall asleep? Try drinking " Night Milk "

A glass of Milk before bed time is effective . A milk from a cow is more effective at night time according to the study of Journal of Medicinal Food.
Milk is mostly water but it has chemicals that includes to provide nutrition and act as one of the sleeping aid.

The researchers tested the milk's effects on mice, each mice was fed of one of four things:
water,diazepam,( a drug to treat anxiety)a day time milk and a night time milk. the mice then put in a rotating cylinder for  20 mins. they have to keep walking in order not to fall off, so the drowsy  mice not fear  not same as an alert one.

The mice that feed with water and day time milk fell off twice, on average. Those feed night time fell about 5 times and those who are in diazepam fell as more than 9 times. An hour after the mice that consumed night time milk is less active than those who consumed day time milk.
This research was not done to humans, therefore  a mother's milk  shows similar variations in chemical based on the time of the day.
